Privacy Policy for TripleTech Apps

At TripleTech LLC, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how our apps handle information. It applies to all TripleTech Audio apps; where a specific app has additional data practices, they are described below.
Information We Collect
TripleTech apps do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location, and do not use tracking technologies such as cookies or beacons to monitor your activity within an app.
Some apps, such as Pulsar Estradin, collect limited crash-reporting data — the type of device you are using, the version of the app you have installed, and any error messages generated when the app crashes. This is used solely to identify and resolve problems.
Microphone and Audio
Some apps, such as MicRelay, request microphone access so you can process and transmit live audio using Ableton Link Audio. Microphone audio is processed on your device and is not uploaded to TripleTech servers. When you enable Link Audio broadcasting, the app makes the selected audio channel available to compatible Ableton Link Audio peers on your local network; receiving apps or devices are controlled by their respective users and privacy policies.
Local Network
Some apps use the local network to discover and communicate with compatible Ableton Link and Link Audio peers. Peer discovery and audio transport occur on your local network; TripleTech does not operate an intermediary server for this communication.
How We Use Your Information
Any data we collect is used solely to identify and resolve issues and to improve the performance and stability of our apps. We do not share your data with any third parties, except where required by law.
Data Retention
Crash-reporting data is retained for a limited period of time — typically no longer than 90 days — after which it is securely deleted.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. Any data we collect is encrypted and stored securely, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Purchases
If an app offers purchases, payment and purchase-history information is handled by Apple through the App Store. TripleTech does not receive your complete payment-card details.
Children
Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be noted at the top of the page.
